             ครอส (สตีเว่น) อดีตทหารหน่วยแบล็คกับแมนนิ่ง (สตีฟ) เพื่อนคู่งานมอบหมายให้ไปยังเรือนจำแห่งหนึ่งเพื่อตรวจสอบการมาของสองนักโทษหญิงผู้ลึกลับ ไม่นานหน่วยรบกองโจรได้บุกโจมตีเรือนจำเพื่อตามล่าสองนักโทษใหม่คู่นี้ จนเมื่อตัวตนจริงของผู้หญิงทั้งสองถูกเปิดเผย ครอสพบว่าเขาตกอยู่ท่ามกลางปัญหาที่ใหญ่เกินกว่าคาดการเอาไว้เผือกก่อเกิดเป็นมิตรภาพที่ทำให้ส่วนเกินกลายแปรเปลี่ยนเป็นส่วนเติมเต็มสิ่งที่ขาดหายไปของทั้งคู่ และจนวันหนึ่งที่พวกเขาพร้อมจะเป็นเพื่อนสนิทด้วยความเต็มใจ กลับเป็นวันที่ต้องรู้ว่า... แท้จริงแล้วตัวตนของพวกเขาคือใคร หน้าที่และภารกิจที่ได้รับมอบหมายจะต้องดำเนินต่อไป ทำให้ต้องเลือกระหว่าง มิตรภาพกับหน้าที่ สิ่งใดสำคัญกว่ากัน
